Q1: Why should I use a professional cleaning service?
- You only have a few printheads and buying expensive cleaning equipment isn’t practical.

- You don’t have the time or staff to do in-house cleaning.

- You want to test this advanced cleaning method before investing in your own system.

- Your budget doesn’t allow for an equipment purchase right now.

- Your internal team is already too busy with other work.

Q2: How do I prepare my printhead before shipping?
- Do a quick clean with your usual cleaning fluid.

- Cover the nozzle plate with a cleaning wipe and seal it in a plastic (airtight) bag. If using UV inks, use a light-blocking bag.

- Include a recent print sample, if possible.

- Provide key details like ink type, voltage, and last cleaning date.

- Add your contact information (name, email, phone).

- Pack securely to protect against shocks or damage in transit.

Q3: What happens once my printhead arrives?
- Check-in: Your printhead is registered and logged.

- Initial purge & test: Ink is flushed, and an initial test is printed to check condition.

- Initial test results are emailed to you.

- You can either approve having the printhead cleaned or returned without cleaning.

- If you approve having the printhead cleaned we will perform a 24 to 48 hour soaked and pre-washed.

- Deep cleaning: Our patented head cleaner then performs a full internal cleaning of the nozzles.

- Final test & report: Another print test is done and you will be emailed a before-and-after of the printhead cleaning report.

- Return shipping: The printhead is dried, vacuum-packed, and shipped back safely.
